I absolutely LOVE this adorable family!  I've known Stephanie for years and her family is just as sweet as she is.  This was my first official family session and the Bujalski's were such a joy to work with! Also, if any families out there are having a hard time figuring out to wear, this family is a great example.  Cohesive, but not matchy-matchy! :)

This was my very first infant session...and it ended up being so great! Ashley contacted me about doing a surprise session for her husband as a Father’s Day gift! We met at a local park on a cloudy day and everything went perfectly! Isaac turned out to be quite the little ham and Ashley showed up with some great ideas and props!  I especially love the one with Isaac wearing his Daddy’s tie!

The other day I realized that one thing I never did was post blog stories to go along with my sessions. So, today I bring you my very first “official” (which just means I got paid, ha!) session! We actually ended up doing two separate shoots and it was a ton of fun. Obviously, Elise is now off kicking-butt at college, but it’s fun to look back. :)

Winter Wonderland

If you're in the midwest - specifically north central/west Iowa, you are probably covered in snow at the moment!  After a failed attempt to get to work (icy roads? no thanks!), I came back and took some photos of the trees out front.  They were quite pretty in the morning light.

And my cute little dog...or rather his butt, ha!
